The Vision
Dianne has a driving desire to see women feeling amazing through offering them the tools necessary to get fully into alignment with the Universe through S.T.E.A.M. that combines spirituality with physical wellness by shifting the mindset.
Femme Forte, DAF, LLC started with just a few women coming together to commit to physical health and increasing flexibility. Little did they know that it would grow into the thriving community of not only body transforming but mindset shifting platform it is today.
Dedicated clients enjoy meeting weekly for more than a workout but also some encouragement from someone who genuinely cares. Passion and enthusiasm go hand-in-hand with everything Dianne does.
Her door is always open to new members, no matter their experience level. She is proud to bring together people virtually from all over the country, supporting each other in making the changes needed to "glow" up.

Dianne Adkins-Forte has years of professional dance experience performing with many greats such as Forces Of Nature, Obediah Wright, and Harambee Dance & Drum Company, to name a few.
She is certified in ASA Fitness, Reflexology, and Chakra Healing Dance, through S.T.E.A.M. Certification. Dianne continues to increase her knowledge of aligning the bodies energies with the planet and finding new innovative ways to teach as well as motivate the women drawn to her, to love themselves unconditionally beyond life's experiences. This is her magic - the light she shines on the world.
As a mom of two, she is always deep into the activities of her sons, as well as sharing her wisdom based on autism in the African American community.
